I replaced the steel strings with nylon as recommended by another reviewer and it did improve the sound.

You can't play any basic chords or "beginner notes" because pressing on those frets creates a terrible sound, not any notes

Poor quality, the neck had chipped paint all the way down almost

The steel strings didn't have a consistent tune up and down the neck because the tension was warping the neck
