Line 6 Relay G10 Digital Wireless Guitar System
Color:Black
Relay G10 is the world’s easiest guitar wireless system. Just plug in your instrument and it works automatically-no additional setup required. You’ll hear your tone in amazing detail thanks to pure 24-bit Relay digital wireless sound qu...
The transmitter unit has a green LED light which reflects whether it is fully charged or not
It was fully charged and had the correct lights on and connection was fine
You must have the base unit plugged in at all times, it has an unbalanced 1/4" output straight to your amp, or a balanced XLR to a head unit or PA.The unit displays a soft LED halo light, which pulses red when your <30 mins of battery time in the receiver
Cool indicator lights, yet could be cooler if it at least had a setting and flashed a color light show mode...to sound/passing signal or something

Even with the provided right angle adaptor, it just doesn't fit snugly and defeats the whole purpose of having a wireless
On the basses it does work on the sound & signal are great.but not being on a right angle makes the transmitter hit against your leg All Night if you plan to move at all which I Do All The Time!
A right angle attachment with the same muting device needs to be available for the transmitter
It also included a 1/4in right angle adapter, so dont buy an extra one unless you need it (see "Bought Together" suggestion from Amazon)
I would use one even if it wasn't necessary, because the right angle makes the transmitter lower profile, less obvious.

No I returned it!!!This product will not work with a any instrument pick up that has a preamp ????
a s a free product from the Amazon Vine programI have to say I really like this gadget, true freedom, great range, and great clarity
Bottom line: really nice product at a great price, BUT has one major fatal flaw
With a little practical engineering this is a very worthwhile product.
I will keep this unit and use it for practice at home (trips to the UPS store are not my idea of fun) but there is no way I will ever buy Line 6 again unless they re issue this product and give everyone who purchased them an apology.
If you have more than one in a band - the setup becomes complicated and annoying and sometimes the system will not work with multiple units in one band
Technically this is a great system easy setup and connectivityperfect guitar sound connectionCONS
The wireless freedom is really nice - it makes it really hard to go back to cables!Unfortunately, there is one really big drawback to this device - the micro USB plug in the back of the base is awful
Have really been enjoying the freedom to move around with this
There is no noticeable sound degradation or latency that I can tell and the freedom to move about is so, well, freeing
and I love the freedom to be able to wander around the room while playing.
I've been using the G10 for practice and live gigs for the past 5 months and I love it
If you have a G10 and it works, consider yourself fortunate
I've only been using the G10 for a couple of days, but I love it, so far!
I play Breedlove acoustic electrics with LR Baggs pickups and preamps, and I knew from online research that the G10 needs an adaptor to work with these guitars, such as the Hosa GPP-151
I havent used it yet, so I cant advise if its worth it as the G10 may swing around 360deg
I did read that there may be a problem seating the unit all the way into the charger
I like this unit because of the ease of use and the fact that you can plug or unplug the transmitter on the fly from your guitars without any noise or having to turn your amp volume down.
At this point I would not recommend this unit at this price.due to the craftmanship of the power/charging port
The unit is nice for the most part but not heavy duty at all
Now it's not going to a gig, I have a more expensive unit for that
There is an automatic muting feature built-into the transmitter so it does not make the characteristic loud pops when the cable is unplugged or plugged into a powered-on amplifier, so there is no worry about turning the volume off to avoid potentially damaging the amp, ear drums or startling anyone
No "pop" when plugged or unplugged (our church appreciates that).
That means no loud pops and bangs when inserting and pulling out the dongle.-Lightweight, solid feeling dongle
Immediately there was continuous static, and a "pop" every few seconds
