I don't understand why this couldn't have been included to make it a better product

December: Earbuds are soft and fit all the way in my ear, so they don't hurt when laying my head/ears on a pillow

It's a win/win!The only thing that might be a concern for some is that they seem to be one-size-fits-all

After figuring out how to properly place in my ears the sound is fantastic and blocks enough outside noise at night.

They did the job and didn't hurt my ears even if lying on them.

The sound quality is adequate for podcasts and audiobooks.

If you need something with great sound quality these are not for you

The sound quality is not perfect, but they work well enough to listen to relaxation videos while falling asleep.

These are the most comfortable earphones I've ever had

but they always hurt his ears while sleeping

You can wear them while laying down and it doesn’t hurt your ears

It also has good base once you fit them properly which is just inside the canal with the “stem” resting within the ear above the earlobe if that makes sense.
