Excellent sound, clear communication, wraps nicely and tightly around ear

The earpiece is comfortable but that is where the compliments end

I used this item for about a month and the earpiece quit working.

Comfortable fit and no voice distortion.

More comfortable fit over the ear vs the coiled plastic and microphone near lapel instead of wired down sleeve.

I prefer the single cord style of headset as well, as opposed to the two cord / piece construction of other standard headsets, which makes feel more similar to an iPhone headset, and less like a big, annoying work headset

Stays on ear pretty good, can hear clearly in noisy environment with ear plugs in, am impressed.
