However I do recommend foot rests, IF it had grips it would be only ok.

This one allows me to elevate my legs as well.

I am a senior and I enjoy the massage feature but wish the rollers were maybe hard rubber instead of plastic

I got the footrest with adjustable height that was supposed to be double as leg rest

So not easy if you frequently adjust the height (like standing desk to sitting).Also base is slightly (~0.5cm) wobbly

Third, there were no instructions so it took several minutes to figure out how to open it up and secure the footrest.

Great product, makes sitting more comfortable.

Made of cheap thin plastic- Product was sub par at best

And personally, I would just like to say that this is unacceptable for a footrest especially like this one I don't recommend this product!
