Had to buy a new TV and used metal wall anchors and it works as it should now.
Got it next day, install is very easy and being that it came with a bubble leveler made it easy to get everything leveled
Great deal, easy install, living room looks great with my tv on the wall.
Install was easy, the detachable plate that goes onto the TV lined up perfectly with my 200x200 mount holes (TCL Roku 49S403, awesome TV) so I didn't need any of the extension pieces

The articulating TV mount I purchased for my 55" Samsung TV seems to be well crafted and made with durable material
