I was tired of always having my cell phone bounce all over the car, and wanted a reliable way to mount it on the dash.
Its a pretty handy way to mount your phone to your dashboard (assuming you have the dashboard mount)

Well, I originally bought and charged my big new phone on a kind of slick wireless charger--I had to find a slightly tortured way to place the magnet on the phone case without it interfering with the tall (but beautiful) wireless charging device.
when it does ill put it up to a metal surface and it sticks but pulls offf of my phone worst thing ever
I have the vent clip mount in my vehicle and it stays put and keeps my phone right where I need it.

it becuase it holds my phoen tightly to the Steelie Ball and allows one to rotate one's phone in whichever direction, without the phoen falling off the Steelie Ball holder.
I don't mind having the small magnet on the back of my phone case since it replaces the need for one of those large ugly plastic phone holsters
