One thing of note - apparently optical connections do not have a positive 'locking' feature and can easily be pulled out

This soundbar sounds great and is very loud for the size

My recommendation - If you want a cheap soundbar with no bass, this will work for you

Bluetooth makes this unit pretty convenient for streaming music while cleaning up.

The bluetooth is great, you can just switch from the tv and listen to music off your phone with a click of the button, and this thing is just as powerful as my stereo

For a product that has a digital optical cable, it is not a suitable product for producing digital sound, but for it's price it is not a bad product as an entry level sound bar and It is still a viable alternative from built in TV speakers.

This is a Samsung product and it just compliment my new Samsung UHD TV

The setup with non-smart sets was difficult, after several calls we had it working

I did consider returning the product and sticking with my antiquated home theater setup, but I do like the minimalist look of the setup.

Setup is unclear (with a Samsung TV) - but got it going in chat support

I prob wouldn't buy again because of how Muddy the System sounds but if you need something cheap with Bluetooth it gets the job done.

This is an Antiquated system using a optical cable, don't know why there are so many positive reviews knowing that!

The sound is decent and clear but the bass is disappointing.

(ie barely hearing speech but bass will be extremely loud)

Bass is quite weak, and the subwoofer is wired as others have mentioned.

The bass isn't the loudest, but it sounds much better than the tv speakers do
