Just like all crappy Samsung products, the port you plug into somehow loses connection and it is rendered useless
What a great product for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and the boss the only issue I have is it doesn't fast charge wirelessly like the newer charges do other than that it works like a charm for charging if your charging port broke on your phone.
My only irritant with it so far -- it will randomly charge/pause charge/charge/pause charge....not a frequent thing but still has been a bug
Also, this thing only works if the phone is in a certain type of case or has no case at all
I think your find in most them one similar to this the same thing makes it easier to charge instead of the wire hanging out and messing up my phone and damaging it when it drops worst or worse
This is my third one two for me and one for my mother since we have the same phone and she loves hers i hate pulling the flap back for my otter box case and this was the best thing for me

Also takes a longer time to charge your phone completely when comparing it to the fast charging wire given
it works good but its not fast charging but its still good to use
This wireless charging pad works, but it does not support fast charging which is a major pain since it takes hours upon hours for a phone to fully charge on this thing.
If you use the cord directly to the phone you get a fast charge.
Hopefully a breeze doesn't move it too much as it will lose connection without warning
well i only used it once,but it saved me from buying a new phone .i have a samsung galaxy 6 and the port was going bad
so disappointing especially since my charging port to my phone has a poor connection from an car accident
I've had it for a couple years, and now the charging port is getting worn, and many cables don't make a positive connection, so I thought I'd give wireless charging a try in order to extend the life of the port.

It works as it should, but I recommend going with the angled charger.
Oldest one ive had for a year, no complaints, works as good as when it came in new.
