You seriously can't even tell the difference, it loads PS4 games just as fast as the PS5 internal storage does.

I bought this solid state remote drive because in theory they're more reliable than conventional drives

Sandisk is whom I use for SD cards or my first SSD in 2013, but I don't feel confident their Solid State Drives hold up to their price point when they lack in performance & exaggerate the speed for marketing purposes

I got when using my laptop and USB-C.I like the idea of these portable SSD drives, but this one is not plug and play and is not ready for prime time.

This is also a great small SSD to use with a PS4

The "erase" button in disk utility that is supposed to format the the drive is greyed out and the 1TB SSD I payed for is showing 36.1 MB of space

The speed is very fast for read and write

But testing with both an Acer Nitro 5 with USB-C to USB-C my speeds were well below 300mbps for benchmarks & below 50mbps when moving files more than 8 GB.When testing via USB-C to USB 3.2 Gen 2 on my custom-built desktop gaming PC speeds were even worse
