Purchased the power washer to clean my siding; it did a great job.

My regret is that I didn’t opt for the 4400psi, which price was a little steep for mail order.

The pressure washer itself is good, works as you would expect, and its a good price for a 3100 psi washer.

Great price for a product that exceeded my expectations.

But right now, great unit, good price, nice performance.

I would strongly recommend this product for somebody with a lot of masonry renovation or cleaning off a driveway, knocking salt and rust off of a trucks underbody, Blasting old paint off of any surface, cleaning the innards of the pork truck that lost its' refrigerator, blasting dirt off the side of a house, removing moss and lichen from old masonry for prep to retuck stone or block, or brick, washing your car (using the soap nozzle), blasting a hornets nest, cleaning patio furniture, a must have if you own a large boat or two that

This is an excellent pressure washer, it has a lot of power!

If you touch the quick couple on any hard surface e.g. set down the gun to move a plant, when you press the trigger the tip will fly off with all the force of 3000 psi of water.

I use a PowerFit 15 inch surface cleaner with it and it is one great cleaning combination tool for home larger home use.

We use a Surface cleaning attachment to clean the driveway

So, what you'll end up doing is destroying the wood surface instead of stripping paint even with less than the most powerful nozzle.

The surface cleaner did a great job restoring the nice concrete finish.

The product did not work as advertised out-of-the-box (new).

Great product as long as you can do some simple engine work.

Bottom line, excellent product and a great buy for home use.

This is BAD product and now I am out allot of $$ for buying on line.

Then I noticed that the unit was leaking what appeared to be oil that is homogenized with water.

The unit works great, but is leaking oil all around the base.

Unit works great but if you are a woman, could be a bit hard to start using the pull cord.

I have a Karcher 2000psi unit and this Simpson "blows it away"

The unit worked great but during my 2nd use the bristle/brush became completely dislodged

After about 100 cranks from the choke on position cold start instructions "the point where my arm ached for days"

It starts with 2-3 pulls on a cold start and a single pull for warm starts

Arrived complete, easy start Honda engine, does the job.

Easy start, builds up pressure right away and runs very well.

Hey I have this for one year now and everyday it gives a hard start when cold

The only thing I am not crazy about is that it vibrates very bad

The wheels are misaligned as well and the thing is hard to move around.

The only thing good about this item is the Honda engine.

The pump also leaks water, and the nozzle/gun holder plate arrived bent

On the first use of this hose the water blew through the hose near the coupling.

I've had the MSH3125-S long enough to put about five hours on it, and I've used it on wood decking, stone walkways, painted steel, painted wood siding, painted steel siding, plastic window trim, and concrete

Put the oil in, filled the gas tank with unleaded regular octane 87.

The one thing that could be better is if it had a larger gas tank, had to refill it twice , but remembering it is a small unit

Great presher hose fits perfectly great price you get more than you pay for would buy again

Great replacement hose and much better quality than the one that came with my Subaru pressure washer.

The hose is cheap plastic but from my shopping around, it seems that most pressure washers now come with cheap hoses.

Works great, same as hose that came with machine just longer

after hooking it all up I found out the hose had a leak in it.

It is a great looking power washer but don't trust the pump.

The pump has worked flawlessly so far but its only been a weekend of heavy use

I am shopping for a new Power Washer as my Simpson pump blew apart exactly as the one mentioned

(Do not recommend shutting off the water as this can damage the pump)

Used it one time and went to use it again and it has no pressure acts like the pump is not working

I later learned that you really just have to attach a 1/4 inch interior diameter plastic tube for it to work

I am not very happy that it came with the hard plastic wheels rather than the pneumatic tires described and pictured.

They offered to send me another free defective plastic soap nozzle.

This flimsy plastic hose is a disappointing safety hazard on an otherwise excellent pressure washer

The hose is cheap plastic but from my shopping around, it seems that most pressure washers now come with cheap hoses.

There's a lot less engine vibration and the washer seems a bit more powerful

Honda engine starts great but remember to pull the sprayer handle in when starting it if the rope is the least bit hard to pull

it just vibrates a little bit to where the nozzle attachment vibrate out

Thought it would be a bit more powerful but will need more time to use it and see what it can do.

This has been a horrible experience and unfortunately cannot recommend this to anyone!

My advice is buy some other brand or something you have had good experience with, if you like honda I'd stay with them

This is the second worst customer service experience I have experienced in my life,the first being a company that never responded to me at all

All in all, an unfortunate experience to say the least.

Sadly, I too was hoping for a great experience but so far it hasn’t been good

After replacing the air filter element, and regardless of the design flaw, the pressure washer has worked well, with steady pressure and a long enough hose to cover a good-sized area without moving the washer.

This all could have been avoided if the manufacturer had put a (clean) air filter element in the sealed plastic bag with the manuals (or just not soaked the unit in oil before shipping).There is also what I consider a design flaw.

Really nice little power washer, but has some design flaws.

Highly disappointed as it was shipped broken, took forever to get a replacement part, and it failed with the replacement part.

bottom bolt backed out and sheared resulting in2 top bolt shearing off flush

All parts were included and there were no loose mounting bolts.

It is made well, connection ends do indeed have an extra o-ring to secure the seal, but as others have said it is stiff

Other reviews stated some bolts were loose, so I checked them all, and they all seem more than tight enough.

After reading some of the reviews I was slightly concerned about the quality control of this product since multiple reviews commented on missing parts and loose mounting bolts.

I had to pay 75 more to replace the hose with a 25 ft not 50ft and replace the dented part that came on my new out of the undamaged box.

The box was not torn open and had no signs of anything but the normal abuse of shipping

While mine arrived in good shape, I could see that if this box would pretty much disintegrate if it got wet, or if the enclosed oil leaked.

Box was damaged, afraid to open but products seemed fine

I really shopped for a power washer This unit checked all the boxes:powerful,not bad on gas and easy to move because of the design and pneumatic

Checked capacity spec's to find additional oil is needed to top off engine

several folks complained about it being difficult to change / drain the oil because of the drain location

I had a Sears power washer with Briggs and Stratton engine for 8 years and it never leaked oil once

if you are not planning on using it for say 3 months it is highly suggested you drain the oil and fuel out of it.

What can you expect from a honda engine made in China?I have several 35 year old honda enhgines made in JAPAN that dont leak any oil
