  • Sony could improve this unit a lot by having the "store bought" CD's display individual song titles.

  • They immediately sent out a replacement and had UPS pick up the defective unit.
  • I did not install the unit right away and when I did and realized there was a problem, the 30 day return policy had expired.
  • I returned the unit and purchased a refurb from Wharehouse Deals (Amazon Owned) for $100.00 less than the new unit and it works great
