Then I went back to my local Best Buy store and came across the Sony xbr75z9d

Did months of research along with comparing different sets PQ and motion in person at Best Buy's and overall nothing was better than the Z9D!The upscaling is GREAT with this set as is the 3D.Uses

but I did notice the X-tended Dynamic Range settings works wonders and everyone should implement it into there settings,also the Smooth Gradation setting has completely eliminated the color banding I noticed with low quality signals

Full array, X1 Extreme engine with extreme dynamic range gets this LED so close to the current OLED sets - much time comparing A1E & LG.Other

No other display delivers the unrivaled color reproduction of this display, and most importantly, no other display does all of this with perfect image quality whether its a fast paced game or a beautiful nature documentry

Sony, you have now lost my business and I hope others thinking of purchasing this TV will take this in consideration when deciding what to buy

Second, you need to call SONY terrible customer service 4-5 times and everytime per 40 minutes to explain thousand time what is your problem, even you have a case number

After receiving 2 of the less expensive Sony 3Ds broken , and no more left , I ended up buying this Z9D that was origanillay around $6000.00 + at a much better price as Amazon , as usual , was very accommodating

 Sony support offered a refurbished model to replace my $6000.00 faulty Sony TV

The only minor gripe I have is the handshaking when changing inputs on my stereo (also a Sony) can take several seconds, especially when switching to the PS4Pro

I always liked Sony TV’s as they were the best, unlike their audio systems which suffered from horrible menu

Slow Menu system for an expensive TV.Sound bar systems, typical Sony very proprietary and only likes Sony Subs and sound systems

I wouldn't recommend this TV based on its price, menu system, and its motion issues.
