One board is in perfect condition and the second board had all of the flaws.

The board had 2 places on the front that had flaws (the back side and frame were in good condition), and poor construction on one of the corners.

This came in perfect condition, was very easy to hang, and works as designed.

Regardless, in their position, I would've honored both the product refund AND covered shipping costs if my customer were not 100% satisfied, especially if it were due to product misinformation, however slight, on my part

Nice and sturdy, easy to mount (even included mounting items).

You'd have to not have much common sense to screw that up, but either way, its a fine item.

I made the mistake of purchasing the Melamine version of this white board (I was looking at two listings, one was this one, and the other was a porcelain magnetic board), but for Melamine, it's a good whiteboard and it easily wipes clean.

You write on it with the dry erase markers, and then you erase it!

Every corner of the packaged was ripped open and the plastic edges were falling out

One corner was crushed such that it chipped the board and disfigured the screw hole

One corner was slightly mangled but i turned it upside down to mount it on the wall so it didnt matter.

I was only disappointed in the shipping as it came on time time but one corner was damaged and required that I glue a piece of the corner back on.

So basically I wasted my money and can't use it.
