Over all a good warmer with a flat surface for large cups.

I LOVE this coffee warmer but it could be improved with a few small changes -- a raised rim so that my coffee cup doesn't slide, a more effective on/off switch, and auto shut off after a few hours.

The Yeosen setting of 167F degrees provides the best coffee warming.

Even at the highest setting which is 167 degrees my tea only was luke warm in an average coffee cup

It keeps coffee and tea hot, has a safety shut off if you forget a cup on it

Let’s just say best morning coffee ever, not to mention tea will stay hot or cold until the last drop

I am and serious coffee drinker and, while working, like my coffee to stay hot.

The warmer does work however it takes up a bit to much real estate and will only work with a smooth bottom cup.

The point is, when I walk away from my desk for 15 minutes, the temperature of my coffee is still satisfyingly hot

If you place hot, just brewed coffee, on the highest setting (167) it will keep your coffee at good drinking temperature

I don't like the fact that I will be sitting at my desk and all of a sudden I hear the beep, the red light shows the temperature and there is no coffee mug on it or near it.

The YEOSEN 3 Temperature Mug Warmer on the MEDIUM temperature setting keeps my coffee HOT enough

I also use a ceramic mug that does have a slight lip (not completely flat) and it still works.

There are several things that I like about this particular mug warmer (and one love/hate) that I think warrant the price:1

However, a regular ceramic mug will not warm

The warmth takes forever to heat up and your drink then has a weird smell to it once you take a sip.

My drink, after a half hour on the warmer, had dropped from steaming to barely tepid

Works great, has the features I wanted, but the BEEP, that had to stop.

The only negative, which is a safety feature, is the annoying beep every time you place the cup on the warmer.
