Love VESA mountable screws and quality is superb!
It looks like the screws are missing on the back
but it was very wobbly missing all 4 screws meant to secure it.

A very budget monitor, I made it my second monitor along with LG MG24 144 Hz one, the AOC just appeared to be really white-blurring, while colors are really not that great.
Kind of unfortunate because the color on this monitor is actually quite good for its price and the ability to mount it and the overall clean design and placement of the cable
The colors look terrible at first but after some adjustment it looks fine
It has surprisingly good colors for what it is and managed to mate up pretty well with her AOC TN primary monitor after calibration
(too much red/yellow), but after making adjustment/ calibrating the monitor using its i-menu application, the color seems fine.

I've used other models of their product for years and have really enjoyed the quality of the product they build
Refresh rate and quality are both phenomenal for this price point.
Poor quality control.
the speakers arent working(i can live with this as im hooking up my own any way) otherwise looks nice in 1080p great for gaming BUT poor quality control on seller/brand buyer beware
After I read the #1 customer review on amazon enabling "picture boost", and adjusting the contract and brightness in that menu, the quality was amazing!

It's wide, with a high resolution and clear image, and a base so you can tilt the screen up and down
A pure black image on the V173 is a washed out dark grew on this, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do with the settings to fix it

Going to see what AOC says about the dead pixels - I'm not paying another 20$ to have it bounced around the US again.
, i bought 3 of these and all came in working condition with no dead pixels
Excellent No dead pixels.
I have no dead pixels and screen is bright and clear.
But, it has a defective display in that there is a dead pixel in the middle of the screen that shows up white all the time
