As advertised works in Windows 10 and OSX/Sierra (remember to direct sound output to it in OSX).

Works extremely well and solved the issues I was having with my previous bluetooth adapter having trouble with pairing more than 3 devices simultaneously.
great adapter love the micro devices so you don't have to worry about it getting hit and messing up your usb port or the device it self

Wasted a full hour attempting installation from disc, downloaded/installed drivers from Asus website, repairing driver installs, and used some of the tips from other reviewers
Works as it is advertised, paired with no problem, great range and compatibility.

The headset is awful, but the bluetooth adapter works great.
This usb Bluetooth adapter was used for a desktop computer and it works great.
I ordered a cheaper USB Bluetooth adapter from a brand I don't recognize:

I've never had any problems with it paring that I couldn't trace to the phone (it's oddly picky about ANY BT device, regardless of what that device is), and it was detected by Windows just fine
When I inserted the install CD I was quickly informed that the adapter does not support Windows Vista
I wanted to use my Windows 8.1 PC as a handsfree device to answer mobile calls through PC.Unfortunately the bundled software doesn't support this and Asus replied that they do not officially support Windows

Wasting my time is a capital offence; no more Asus for me.
There was a rebate on purchase, but Asus wouldn't honor my submission, so I will be wary of them next time.
I imagine if there was a problem with it you might have an easier time troubleshooting and/or getting tech support because the product is an ASUS as opposed to some other random company
After a short install this has worked like a dream and made my time at work a breeze.
I installed the Asus drivers and then my computer crashed entirely every time I connected the headphones.
