I had a little trouble getting the headphones right, but they include several attachments so getting the correct fit just takes a little trial and error.
Last night I played around with the earbuds a bit while at home and found that the smallest earbuds were the most comfortable fit and that they had to be positioned correctly in my ear to keep the waterproof seal.

I finally upgraded to the shuffle, and the quality of this is great, however I might end up replacing the headphones if I can find something a little more comfortable.
It delivers good quality audio consistently, no fuss with cables or casings.
I swam for 60 minutes today and never lost earbud suction and the sound quality was awesome!
but I am giving this a four star only because the shower cap that came with it is of such cheap quality that it tore the first time I tried to use it.
The little default earplug cover, that deliver the sound while blocking out water, work perfectly and the sound quality is great
