Peace of crap would not take a charge although it was easy to load music.

I emailed Tayogo, thru Amazon, and immediately got a reply from Jason who promised to have a new unit sent out to me, no charge!

They have made it easy to load music on the player as well as charge it and the sound quality is perfect

OK, well surely it has enough charge to at least power up......place back in the headband and follow the instructions to power up

They are comfortable and the charge last so long it holds all my music.

I really enjoy the music while swimming since you can downloand the songs you like into the USB and procedure is simple and easy

I purchased a second headset as a gift because I liked it so much.

The headset did develop an issue with the right earphone going out after about 10-11 months of swimming 3 times a week.

The next pair I got had issues with the right ear as well, and in addition would just stop playing and have to be reset every time it got to a certain song.

When I first put them on I wasn't getting sound in the right ear, but I wiggled it a little and it started, and never cut out again.

This is a really great MP3 waterproof headphones player, but make sure you buy the extended warranty through Square Trade.

I've had some really expensive underwater players, and none of them has lasted more than a couple of months, but I've had this one a year with absolutely no problems.

If you just want a good mp3 player for running, get a cheap Coby etc, add Porta-Pros for sound FAR beyond any but the best buds, and you can get everything this unit offers except the waterproof part for about the same price, with much better sound

Controls at the back of the head are a bit difficult to get used to, but once you’ve gotten used to them, they’re easy and convenient

I'm not sure whether it's Chinese, Japanese, or something else but the English portion is a bit difficult to understand

I did struggle a bit with putting in the ear pieces, I would recommend practicing in front of a mirror prior to swimming
