As a whole, it does seem like Tayogo put some thought into what they are selling

OK, well surely it has enough charge to at least power up......place back in the headband and follow the instructions to power up

They are comfortable and the charge last so long it holds all my music.

They have made it easy to load music on the player as well as charge it and the sound quality is perfect

I emailed Tayogo, thru Amazon, and immediately got a reply from Jason who promised to have a new unit sent out to me, no charge!

Peace of crap would not take a charge although it was easy to load music.

I returned my first pair after 2 uses because the right ear kept cutting out.

When I first put them on I wasn't getting sound in the right ear, but I wiggled it a little and it started, and never cut out again.

I love these, but my first pair only lasted about 3 months, the little wires are very delicate, and one ear stopped working

The next pair I got had issues with the right ear as well, and in addition would just stop playing and have to be reset every time it got to a certain song.

I've had some really expensive underwater players, and none of them has lasted more than a couple of months, but I've had this one a year with absolutely no problems.

If you just want a good mp3 player for running, get a cheap Coby etc, add Porta-Pros for sound FAR beyond any but the best buds, and you can get everything this unit offers except the waterproof part for about the same price, with much better sound

nothing....hold button for about 17 hours (just in case I happened to have accidentally slipped and fallen into that darn black hole in my front room which always slows time down far too much) still nothing!

These headphones have accompanied me through the hard times, making my experience less traumatic

I used these maybe 15 times and they froze up, will not re-charge, nothing.

Every time I connected it to my computer it would fail after 15 minutes making me have to restart my computer and wait a couple hours for it to be detected again - if at all.

Controls at the back of the head are a bit difficult to get used to, but once you’ve gotten used to them, they’re easy and convenient

I did struggle a bit with putting in the ear pieces, I would recommend practicing in front of a mirror prior to swimming

I'm not sure whether it's Chinese, Japanese, or something else but the English portion is a bit difficult to understand
