I owned 3 Pyle Swimming MP3, they have good quality and the sound is not bad at all with the reasonable price
The waterproof ones actually keep water out of my ears, are comfortable to wear with a swim cap and goggles, and have great sound quality all for an amazing price.
These headphones are really about is good for this as you can expect, and the price for what you get is fantastic.

MP3 never ever worked but I use them mainly with my phone while working out
I wouldn't buy any other!Well,, today this mp3 died!
This is a great MP3 Headset very easy to load change music and operate.
My guess is the battery died because sound was a) turned up to max to overcome the water, b) it wasn't really off even though I turned it off, or c) it was trying to connect by Bluetooth even when running as MP3 and the Bluetooth zapped the power.
Charging and mp3 drag/drop are via a clamp on contact clip

I recommend the latter as you can easily remove tags from all your files at one time using a free Mp3 tag remover such as 'ID3 Kill' or any number of others available for download on the net

Bluetooth doesn't work well when you are in the water, you lose connection instantly.
It stopped working a few months with intermittent connection and finally complete failure
It is difficult to design a small waterproof flexible electrical connection as used with this ear piece.
When I used it for two times it had great sound quality, would not work in the water because the bluetooth loses connection if you put your head in the water.
But if you're really swimming and getting your head wet, you'll lose that Bluetooth connection instantly and repeatedly and that's when you really want the MP3 (which is also great for playing those chunky lossless files because the Bluetooth signal compresses the songs on your phone to a lower audio quality, regardless of whether they're 320s or lossless
