Overall, it does exactly what I need it to do for a very reasonable price.
It is a little loud but also a really great shredder at a good price.
I chose this shredder because it combined the features I wanted (cross cut/micro-cut) with a reasonable price.
The price was great, but I guess you get what you pay for!
Overall, I think this is a great shredder because it's a great price, has a large bin which holds a lot, and is very easy to empty.

The basket is a half gallon than my previous shredder; but the micro-cutting is so efficient and the shreds take up less space.
This is the best "Micro-Cut" shredder I have ever purchased !!!

Love the much smaller size of the paper -- not DOD Op Sec but good for most home needs.

I didn't get to use it much until recently (we moved and it was a nightmare) and the thing just randomly stopped working altogether
Apparently it's a good thing to occasionally lubricate it

It may be small, but this thing is a monster

Honey tends to 'collect' rather than destroy papers with account numbers and identifying info.
It is very fast and shreds paper, credit cards and discs very well.
