The price was great, but I guess you get what you pay for!
Overall, it does exactly what I need it to do for a very reasonable price.
Overall, I think this is a great shredder because it's a great price, has a large bin which holds a lot, and is very easy to empty.
I chose this shredder because it combined the features I wanted (cross cut/micro-cut) with a reasonable price.
It is a little loud but also a really great shredder at a good price.

This is the best "Micro-Cut" shredder I have ever purchased !!!
It's a little smaller than the last shredder I had; but, I love the micro cut
The basket is a half gallon than my previous shredder; but the micro-cutting is so efficient and the shreds take up less space.
A little heavier than my old cross-cut shredder, but a little quieter.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good cross-cut shredder.

It is still operating, but after 2 minutes of shredding this morning, the motor started to smell like something was burning
They reported that they have not had my complaint before and agreed that the overheat function should stop the blades and shut down to protect the motor
The motor is strong and not so loud, the size is perfect for my office set up and doesn’t bad at all under my desk

I didn't get to use it much until recently (we moved and it was a nightmare) and the thing just randomly stopped working altogether

Works just fine for me, I have been shredding papers that I have had boxed up for
Honey tends to 'collect' rather than destroy papers with account numbers and identifying info.
I shred only white paper and newspaper and dump it in my compost bin when I don’t have enough leaves
Received this item as described, the unit is light weight and very powerful and shreds paper perfectly.
It is very fast and shreds paper, credit cards and discs very well.
