Works great, nice features, much quieter than the one it replaced!
A switch in the back is a nice safety feature, as well.
If you have a lot of shredding to do, set up a 35 gallon garbage can (I am using a new one) with a 35 gallon trash liner in it and you can just dump as you go.

It has never jammed, and I've done some horrible things to it.
Best part about it is that it eats just about any thing and will not jam up!
It makes clean shreds (if organized destruction is your thing) and is very quiet compared to the "bargain specials" out there
Should be a larger container.the good thing about this shredder it hasn't jammed up like other shredders I've had

It tells me how hard it's working or if there is a problem
Our only other problem is that the forward rewind buttons no longer work as they stopped functioning 2 or 3 years ago
It seems well made, much quieter than our old shredder, strong and able to chew through a great number of pages at once and even has a graduated light system that tells you how hard it's working at whatever you are feeding it with.
This one works very well and is much quieter than the earlier model.

We fill a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag each week with it
I plan on not using them and when the bin needs dumping simply poring the contents of the bin into an inexpensive 13 gallon garbage bad.

I used a 13 gallon Hefty Trash bag on the bin and it worked fine, too long of course, but thicker and sturdier than the Fellowes bags supplied with the shredder.

Fills up pretty fast so need to change the bags often to avoid a paper jam.

I do like the clear level indicator, and LOVE that we have no paper jams!

It is a bit heavy and a chore to move around but works great at shredding.
A bit more pricey than I thought I should spend, but it works well and the run time vs cool off time is a good ratio with this shredder.
I find the paper bin sticks a bit going in and out, which slows down my process
My only complaint is that the casters were so difficult to put on that we cracked a little bit of the front facia panel (down low by the front casters) trying to put them on.

The casters were so hard to attach one broke as it is cheap plastic, lubricated my older Fellowes shredder and am still using it.

Safety features are in place; it's practically fool proof.
It is quite, fast, jam proof and it has a smaller cut than my other shredder which wastaller , but the Fellowes holds more
I had searched and searched for a jam-proof machine, and I bought it based upon the reviews listed here on Amazon.
Its auto start feature makes it faster to shred large amounts...its jam proof features slow it down unless you pay attention to how thick a wad of paper or envelopes you try to do at once.

In this case, I was able to isolate my problem - the little circular switch you see on the top.
Buy a different brand as this was a real "bait and switch" making it seem like the older version:(!
But finally, it got a mega jam that broke the sensor switch.
Paper dust ends up everywhere, including within the electronics, making the switches harder and harder to operate over time.
It is a nuisance but not enough lower the t star rating.

One other helpful hint - skip the bin bags and either use a plain tall kitchen garbage bag or, even better, just empty the bin contents directly into your recycling bin
I found that the bags are not very useful and they are clumsy; for me it is easier to use no bag and empty the full bin into a 30 gallon tall kitchen trash bag

I've failed on several occasions to successfully invert the shredder bin into the kitchen trash bag as the bin is a little awkward to handle.
