Nice, was expecting it too be larger, but features are really good.

The best feature of product is easily removable basket, so that heavy shredder head doesn't have to be lifted

Not a serious vexation, but it does require a moment or two to clean the bottom of the shredder when emptying the basket).I ran one credit card through the shredder in the dedicated slot and it worked as advertised; I have not (and will not) use the CD/DVD shredding feature.

It has it's own inlet slot to shred optical media such as CD's and DVD's as well as a separate inlet slot for credit

I also had tons of mail I wanted to shred, which I was able to shred, but right at the end of probably 10 minutes of straight shredding the unit overheated and prevented me from shredding for about 30 minutes

A bit messy because I doesn't fit a garbage bag for easy removal of scraps, but what shredder isn't messy.

It does a great job, including credit cards, etc. however; since it opens to the front in a bin fashion, the plastic hooks by which it is held in place seem to be a bit flimsy and one broke off on the initial assembly

The shredder worked fantastic shredding 5 sheets at a time for 45 seconds when dark grey smoke started pouring out of the motor compartment.
