Projection looks great after waiting for dimple to flatten out,.....but I waited a month to take out of shipping box and noticed item was folded in the middle(see pics)
Such a good purchase and necessary if you want a great projection experience

The screen motor works good though, wish I could have a working remote...
The IR remote works fine, though I haven't tried getting it to sync with my projector yet.
The Rf and IR remotes work perfectly well, and the screen lowers and raises quickly and relatively quietly
So overall not impressed with the customer service but the screen does work well now, after I adjusted it.

be careful when you shop for a used TV as our TV is looking for revenge on anyone looking to use and dump her for a giant Screen.once again our 100'' projector screen wins the battle and the rights to be used in the main entertainment center.we love it.

It doesn't block ambient Light from above, or in very well lit rooms.
It does not reject light coming from directly on top of it, nor extremely bright light from any direction.

The screen has an excellent picture with the optima uhd60
The instructions were 4 pictures that told you literally nothing except "drill a hole, hang the screen"
In a room with 8 (!) small windows lining the walls during a sunny day, it was a pretty decent picture - this is with white walls and white/gray tile floors
After I let it sit and the waves settle the one reviewer that said you won't notice the tiny waves is 100% correct and the picture looks good only my edges were always curled
It's pretty cool and the picture on this screen looks amazing.

If you're wanting a good quality screen for home or work, this is really a nice product!
the screen is top quality and move up and down with little effort.
I am very pleased with the purchase, seems to be a good quality product.
If you want a perfectly flat screen you either need to use a fixed screen (the elite screens sable is very good) or you will need to spend $1,200 plus on a professional grade tensioning system, particularly for sizes larger than 100".Note that the closer the projector is to the screen the more pronounced the waves will be, so always try and mount the projector as far back as you can without losing image quality,The motor mechanism works reasonably well.

The motor is very quiet (although could be slightly faster), the construction seems to be solid, and the 12V trigger input works perfectly with my projector
The screen motor works good though, wish I could have a working remote...
The motor is not too loud and relatively fast.- Another half of a star off is for the fact that this screen is not on the list of known devices in my Harmony 650's device list
After 3 years my screen's motor has died
The motor that drops and raises the screen is fast, it takes about 10-15 seconds for the screen to deploy or retract.

Elite Screens website didn't seem to offer specifically the right remote control, all he could find was a package with ALL the various accessories in one package (RF remote, IR remote, trigger cable, wall control panel, etc.... literally everything you can get for a Spectrum screen) even though you only need one of these things to function.
If anyone can see below a comment from Elite Screens (I actually didn't see it here) they found me via e-mail and reached out to me about my mentioned concerns
