Sound Quality is Good but not as great as my pervious AVR 347 from few years back which sounded much clearer and had better sound punch.

It is a great receiver, but after only a few months of light use it's going straight to Sleep mode upon power up.

No component video inputs (YPP): This will be particularly relevant to people with older HD capable components like various X-box 360s, and to people who have very long cable runs between their receiver and TV (HDMI may lose significant quality on longer runs, whereas good analog cables can run for 200 feet without loss.)
