This receiver is well built and the sound is amazing.

Great Quality receiver produces some very good sound and has lots of additional features to enhance our listening experiences.

I did not have a lot to reconfigure as this unit replaced a 12 old Yahama and my all-in-one works it just fine, especially with the additional electronics I have going through the system

I'm using it with a Samsung UHD bdp, an LG OLED, and some decent home-theater speakers, and it's a killer setup for a small venue

The only reason it got 2 stars is because the sound quality is decent.

Excellent sound quality in any input type whether it is Radio , USB , DVD player , Bluetooth or TV

After adjusting the bass and treble down some I improved the range and tonal quality some

The auto setup was crazy easy and the external microphone worked great setting up the sound dynamics (worked much better than on my older Yamaha receiver where I found it better to adjust each of the speakers manually/separately).

We upgraded from a 20 year old model which is still working just fine, it was just couldn’t handle more speakers

There are 2 modes, party mode will play anything your receiver is playing on zone 2, which is great to listen to youtube on the backyard, OR you can isten to the tv on zone1 and zone2 can play network music like pandora or SiriusxmThe yamaha apps to control the receiver are top notch

You have to use the MusicCast app to use it with Alexa and the app is ridiculous

and I love the app on my phone that can turn it on and stream Pandora (or etc) without even turning on my TV.

Even though it is technically a 10 watt downgrade per channel, this thing is great
