Considering it cost less than $100 (at the time of purchase) it was a great buy.
Good buy, running with Sinclair Sculptura AV4 speakers makes my TV sound great.
This unit can't quite compete with an audiophile quality vintage Pioneer, but it is pretty darn good and a great buy for some decent wattage
If you want a high quality 2 channel receiver, then this is a great buy

Great sound easy set up works great with old Sony speakers
Too bad, all FOUR in-a-row worked great for a few day/weeks
STRDH130 works great with bookshelves speakers, but I have Bose 301's and the Sony STRDH130 just didn't cut it
as described / well packaged / good time frame shipping / work great.
It's Sony, and I trust it, and it's worked well enough for me so far

I like the features but everyone has different tastes here.7)
My favorite features on this amp/tuner is the remote control
Has some nice features, like a remote and programmable led function indicators.
As others have noted, many features, such as the EQ, are only available through the remote.
In addition this unit has sufficient "modern" features to support my newer components

Not fancy, but good value for someone who just wants an old fashioned 2 channel receiver.
No complaints yet, and no other receiver in its class seemed to be as good a value - purchased on sale at $118

Audio quality is limited by the size and quality of the speakers.
I was a bit worried that this receiver might be of inferior quality, as I've found Sony products to be hit and miss, but I decided to give it a shot.
Works as advertised, excellent sound quality, happy with purchase.
Have had this one for over 6 months and the quality of the sound is very good.
This receiver doesn't put out anywhere near 100 wpc, and the sound quality is very poor.

The reception is surprisingly good - we live in a poor reception area but this unit captures the stations we want.
Reception is good with simple bunny ear antenna, sound quality excellent.
Also use the radio tuner, which gets very good reception.
It is just what I was looking for, good reception of the FM stations I listen to using the basic antenna that came wit the unit
reception on the FM tuner is not very good, otherwise ok

I contacted Sony regarding this problem and they assigned a warranty repair work order #????
I bought this thinking that Sony wouldn't be this cheap, but I was wrong, there is a reason for the low price
The Sony just keeps working perfectly, remote control and all.
Sony is blaming everything else on its malfunctioning piece of crap receiver but itself, which has become the de facto standard for this company.
so I took a chance on a not very expensive Sony receiver so we could have some music for our 30th Anniversary.

As advertised, very nice looking unit, easy to hook up,easy to use and understand
It was priced right and no need for a more expensive unit
About a week past Amazon's 30-day return period, the unit failed to power-up when switched on
I sent it back and bought a more expensive, stronger unit with more features.
I do recommend this unit for anyone that wants a basic receiver.
