As you can see, many conflicts occurred while using this product, however, it is usable and good enough especially if you are looking for a cheap saxophone
The sound is good enough for her and the sixth grade band and it has remained a good looking instrument
Do not buy good looking tubing for student, will never learn to play!!!!

My child is in middle school band and this instrument is the best value for your money
For 1st year kids band class, great value, he loves playing it, cheaper than renting
If you order this green sax like I did to use while marching in a St. Patty's Day parade, or for the holidays, it's an unbelievable value and will get looks.
This saxaphone gives a crisp clear sound and I think it's a great value for money

The neck strap broke as well so even though it looks like a great product it is not good.
All of what I asked for and more, thank you for a timely and quality product
If they send a replacement and it works well, this is a good product!
I would recommend this product for beginners, but keep in mind the accessories are not very good.
I wonder if people who don't recommend this product are music teachers that will not get their cut because we are purchasing products like this and not through a school

color accents are a cheap lacquer but it does a nice bit of pairing it to the person playing it.
At first the sax was a bit hard to play, notes not coming out right
I had a bit of trouble pushing the mouthpiece in, cracking a bit of the cork, even though I had put cork grease on the cork

I am a fairly experienced player, and I have to say I expected a lot more with all the positive reviews on this product

I think I know why there are so many reports of broken keys, bent rods etc
I have no idea how responsive the keys are, or how the sound compares, or anything like that
Replacement had a broken wire that secured another key.
I had been using this sax for about three and a half years and right now the d-key is very weird and the e-key pad had been falling off constantly even after we melted the glue and put it back on
The A keys still dragging and the leather pads sound like my daughter chewing gum, again.

I also found a C-clamp useful, to compress the posts toward each other, and with blocks of wood make a vise for the bail of the neck valve
I did purchase a new strap with padding for him because the strap hurt his neck, but that was like $
We did buy him a better, more comfortable neck strap, the one it came with was not comfortable for him, that's been his only complaint
The strap that comes with this is garbage and will ruin your neck and shoulders and a cleaning kit is essential for keeping moisture out of the neck and mouthpiece of your instrument when you're done playing
The neck is the greatest and most immediate problem, as notes below A in the upper register will squeak if that neck valve opens on a press of the octave key
