I was worried purchasing this product for a school instrument however it has passed all tests and works great!
So we bought this product for my child in middle school and this flute only worked 2 months now the issues with this product is as below:1) around the mouth

Maybe her self-confidence is too high, but I still think the product is worth buying for a kid to start off with.

Nice to check out before purchasing a flute, perhaps, or for a very young child, but definitely not quality, came with a couple of broken keys, and the sound is poor
its made so well and sounds beautiful and it delivers a nice and beautiful sound

I think to make a step better on this prduct, a hard case instead of semi-hard would just be a little nicer andmore efficient as young people are most likely the holders of these and a dropping of the case would bea possible injury to the Flute.
However, the case broke after two weeks of use and my daughter is very careful with her things.
The case is canvas, and not as nice as the hard case that I had with my student Gemeinhardt flute as a child, but it should work fine to protect the flute, and has a zippered side pocket to hold all the accessories
At one point, I packed up after band and started walking out, but the case fell completely apart and my flute fell out and dented
the flute is great, but the case has a horrible smell, like something died inside of it.

I took it to someone to fix the dent and he recommended I got a new flute because the metal isn't good, the pads weren't right, and it was put together sloppily
On the flutes, screws com loose easily, the metal gets dents because it is so soft
Many repair shops refuse to even try to fix it because even if it could be fixed, the metal is so thin, cheap, and brittle that it will either break or bend right back
The metal is soft too, so it WILL bend and break
It's cheap pot metal with a melting point too low to be able to do any repairs on
