I was worried purchasing this product for a school instrument however it has passed all tests and works great!

I think to make a step better on this prduct, a hard case instead of semi-hard would just be a little nicer andmore efficient as young people are most likely the holders of these and a dropping of the case would bea possible injury to the Flute.
The additions were amazing, it comes in a nice case with a strap and handle, cork grease, gloves, a polishing cloth, cleaning rod, and flute stand
The flute came nicely packed, nice case and everything, but the sound is not clear, and the keys are flimsy.
The case is canvas, and not as nice as the hard case that I had with my student Gemeinhardt flute as a child, but it should work fine to protect the flute, and has a zippered side pocket to hold all the accessories
the flute is great, but the case has a horrible smell, like something died inside of it.

I have had a dozen of these instruments (flutes, clarinets, saxophones) come to my band room and NOT ONE has made it six months without needing significant adjustment or repair due to the poor quality of materials and construction.
The band director also told my daughter that it is overall a poor quality instrument
So far no complaints; the flute works like a charm, and at the sale price I got it for: un-beatable quality.

Many will not because the metal they're made from is irreparable
Many repair shops refuse to even try to fix it because even if it could be fixed, the metal is so thin, cheap, and brittle that it will either break or bend right back
The metal is soft too, so it WILL bend and break
It's cheap pot metal with a melting point too low to be able to do any repairs on
On the flutes, screws com loose easily, the metal gets dents because it is so soft
