Our violins came in excellent condition, just like in the video
I like the violin but the bow was not in good condition
5star had the return the first one for some minor issues but the second one was sent and arrived in perfect condition
Now I still have to go pay extra to get it fix at some music store and lose my first week of music class that I had already paid for because I thought the violin would be in good condition not street condition
The D string broke as soon as the peg was turned the first time

The actual violin looks less blue than the picture - it's a nicer color in person.
Color was incomplete, the handles were wood color but everything else was black

Our 6 year old tried her bow on her sister’s real violin and, once she used her sister’s rosin, it produced a beautiful sound
Has a very good sound however, had an issue with keeping tuned

again nowadays it does not give proper violin sound even if i used the rosin to bow every time i use it
Definitely got what I paid for; would not stay in tune, bad sound, don’t waste your money...just buy a nicer more expensive one.

The instrument is remarkably loud and proud sounding for the price, kudos to you for selling such a beautiful product so affordably 👍
We barely unboxed it and can already tell the product is defective
Other than that the product sound great for what the price is.

My only complaint is the velcro on the case has already come apart, but the zipper still works g=
Two strings were not fully secure and came undone while tuning
The strings were cheap, and the violin itself was cheaply made
The strings can't be tuned because the tuning pegs are broken, the bridge is not secured on the violin so it falls off, and the bow had hot glue all over it
The bow was very loose and strings were already popping off
