Excellent 24 port managed switch and the WiFi is great.
On the other hand, if you need / want a really great managed switch, these are a great bargain and at this time can't be beat

My rule is now changed, as on MikroTik devices, most open source products do not substantially improve upon RouterOS capability (though it may be easier to have a well understood interface)
The web interface is straightforward but if you don't have a solid understanding of Layer2/Layer3, VLANs, iptables, NAT and routing you will be overwhelmed with all the options

RouterOS is not as open as other firmwares, but is very well documented, it has a well honed interface, and seems to bundle more features than most open source packages

If you are having difficulty configuring your device, and do not understand Linux firewalls, the online community may not be very helpful
RouterOS is the trademarked Linux based firmware which is found inside almost all MikroTik smart devices
If you wanted a lot of ethernet ports, and a basic router, and didn't change much but the default password, it is possible this is a good device for a typical home user
