This company and seller have the most incredible customer service I have ever encountered!!

While I appreciate their customer service, the ear phones are exactly the same ones and are not waterproof only water resistant

Shortly after the above review, I received an email from the supplier who offered to replace the damaged headphone as their objective is to ensure the customer is satisfied

This product has went above and beyond what I thought it would plus the great price well worth the money!!!

The distributor, Patozon Amazon Store, immediately refunded my purchase price and sent me another pair of headphone for which there was no charge

Excellent quality sound, the price is incredible and I am also impressed with the amount of accessories that came with the earbuds

These headphones were very nice for the price to be honest, they work really well for the gym and they connect fast to Bluetooth, they are a little bit cheap as far as the plastic goes

This product has went above and beyond what I thought it would plus the great price well worth the money!!!

The ONLY thing I dislike about the product is the cable/wire connecting the buds doesn’t return to a balanced position when I turn my head, the friction between it and the shirt will sometimes cause the bud to rip out of my ear, besides that it’s a beautiful product at a perfect price.

This product is not waterproof and is not recommended for swimming

I have had 2 pair of a more expensive similar product eaten by my dog

These headphones certainly do not have richer bass, but the sound quality is poor up and down the scale.
