I love this thing.

The only thing I don't like is that the dial for the heat settings is just a sticker...it WILL wear out fairly quickly

My husband loves fried things, especially chicken and fish

So why 5 stars?Yes, if you have a small kitchen or no storage space, this is not the best thing for you

this is my second one that i own works great easy to clean, i use it to fry seafood and its perfect for me plus this brand its a great quality.

Here is why this works, the controller will be so hot you need an oven mitt or "asbestos fingers" as my family refers to mine, to pull the controller

This is a great addition to our kitchen.

I don't think it affects performance all too much, but for the price they charge for this basic large kettle they should have better quality control at Presto to check things like defects in the lids, and shouldn't be sleeping on the job

I love the temp control...the new breakaway feature for the plug makes so much more sense, IMO

The Control Master heat control has exact temperature numbers on it, unlike my stovetop dials that do not.

Heat is controlled very well and the control gives me a better control over the cooking

It gets used on a regular basis and I still achieve good frying results with it.

This Presto could hold way more greens than either of the other appliances; plus had a great steaming/ frying basket that could also be used to wash vegetables; so I ordered it.

Our kids are very health-conscious when it comes to food, but when visiting us, they always look forward to a treat of favorite fried recipes they grew up on.

My main concerns were size, easy to clean and of course temperature choices.

Love the size for frying large batches of fish, chicken etc

It is very easy to use, no directions needed, It's a very functional fryer and I love it.

If this could actually heat oil to even 350 degrees, it would have been a fantastic fryer, but sorry, it just could not ever get to even 320, and then waiting for the temp to recover to back above 300 degrees just put to much oil into the food being fried.

It looks like it would have been a nice deep fryer multi cooker however mine came missing one of the legs and came with the wrong chord in the Box so I had to return it
