Cannot say enough about this great system, fantastic camera clarity in day and night, software very user friendly and easy to follow
I had to return Xmarto 8channel/4 camera system that did not work
They were very helpful, and when it was concluded that the current camera was indeed defective, they went ahead, and credited me for a replacement camera
Basically, a camera (with good signals) close to both the problematic camera and NVR was setup as a repeater to take the signal from the problematic camera then pass it to the NVR.
Solid hardware; great camera field of view and night vision.

Q: Where should i playback recordings? A: Please right click the mouse--go to ‘Video Playback’
On Playback page, please select Date first on Calender, then, click ‘Search’ button
You’ll see Color Timeline at bottom of the page, such as Green Bars means motion detection recordings, Red color means Normal Recordings
Double-click the color bars, it stats to playback automatically.
