think people have this problem with the defender series.
I mumbled a curse as I fumbled to grab it, but I wasn't overly worried as I saw it land on the corner of the case (NOT screen down, mind you), and come to a rest on its back.
It doesn’t have the grip that you get from the defender series
This series is less bulky then other otter box models
Not as thick as the Defender series but very protective

Love this color, it matches the rose gold phone perfect, perfect fit as always with otterbox!
It’s a perfect fit for the phone, so if you can’t get the case on, seek help from someone because it IS possible
I think the fit wouldn’t have been difficult if the phone was a 7 series.

Case doesn't fit the phone, extremely difficult to put on properly or remove it and the case prevents the phone from being charged (it blocks the lightning port so the cable can't access it)

A week ago, my phone fell from the doctor's examining table on its back (covered by the case) onto the floor.
2 years ago, my phone was knocked off a table on my balcony downtown Chicago and fell15 stories
It does not have a cover for it, but it has a raised edge so it should not contact the table or ground if dropped.
Case does protect from some drops as long as you don't drop it on the screen
Once thing that really annoys me is that the circle on the apple logo is not centered when you use an iPhone 8+, but annoying as that is it's not functional issue.

Seriously only had this 2 days and my jeans bled the color blue

I definitely expected to pick it up with no damage because it really wasn’t a hard fall, but the screen was shattered
Broke phone 2 times in 2 months since I’ve purchased this case and am deeply dissatisfied with the case, it does not protect ur phone from fall damage very well at all, and does not provide the protection that I payed for
That being said, it has kept my phone from harm in accidental falls and drops.
My phone did take a fall from a regular desk onto vinyl flooring at work and the black part around the camera view cracked and broke a piece off

I would just take it off every 2-3 weeks so you can clean your phone so there are no permanent dirt marks on the phone.
