I like my pens to be a bit bigger, but a lovely writing instrument, nonetheless.
This has been my favorite writing instrument for over 10 years now
it,s just a wonderful hand writing instrument, comfortable in the hand ,but only like black ink!!
Disappointing in what was a great writing instrument that felt solid some time ago
However, if you replace the supplied Parker ink cartridge with a five dollar 'Fisher Space Pen' cartridge Fisher 64003 BLACK BALLPOINT PEN REFILL - MEDIUM POINT, it becomes one of the most durable and reliable writing instruments there is.
On the other hand, you can still use the stainless steel version in your daily work if you develop a light handed writing style
However, it is still possible to write very well with the stainless steel version, but you must develop a light writing technique with low pressure to avoid slippage.2
But once again, it is still possible to write well with the stainless steel version, provided that you develop a light writing technique for holding the pen gently, since when you are not squeezing the pen the thinness of the barrel is not an issue
Thus, given the exceptional qualities of the stainless steel version of Parker Jotter, I would still recommend owning this pen
