Highly recommend this drive as an upgrade for a machine running on a regular drive.

So far everything on a clean install of Windows 10 has been EXTREMELY quick

This unit works fast, once installed, but not everything was effortless

Apparently the price is incredible even compared to the pricing of just a few years ago when my husband bought his own solid state drive

I think everyone should get a solid state drive especially at these prices.

The good news is, the transfer is super fast with this SSD

No long term experience with this one yet of course, but the install and data transfer was fantastic, and the speeds thus far are better than the older 850.

However my motherboard doesnt support booting off NVMe so this SSD works perfect for my build

the old HDD and the new SSD worked just as usual but faster!!

This was a great buy I replaced my old hard drive out of my MacBook Pro 2010 installed this SSD and 16g of ram ...now it’s running faster than ever

Well, I've tried it a dozen times, completely upgraded my BIOS, and all the solutions online are telling me to pay for dedicated migration software just to use a product I already paid for.

Using Samsung's own cloning instructions and multiple YouTube instructions videos, Cloning failed multiple times on desktop PC then failed on laptop

So far so good though I don't usually have a good time with Samsung products, hopefully these harddrives will hold together.

I’ve been using this SSD for about two years now and it has been perfect the whole time.

I guess I'm showing my age when I tell you that when this arrived I thought that they had sent the wrong product

Easy to install, a all around great product.

I upgraded from a standard Hard Drive to this 500GB Samsung SSD

The original HItachi hard drive that come with this laptop benchmarks at 48 read / 48 write speeds and the new Samsung SSD benchmarks at 545 read / 500 write speeds.

I think everyone should get a solid state drive especially at these prices.
