Purchased this phone as a factory refurbished phone and got a great deal, much better than paying full price through one of the mobile providers outlets and came with a charger but the wrong size screen
Except for the software update issues, this is a great deal for $180, although people are speculating that Marshmallow will be the final update for this phone

I plugged it in for the initial charge and was greeted with the message "slow charge, use the cord that came with the phone" ????

Aside from an annoying little message that's constantly on the home screen about the sim card not being from verizon (the message doesn't affect functionality), and another that keeps prompting me to check the battery cover, the phone so far seems to work perfectly.
While it was a little bit of a pain to disable all the Verizon programmes, since I'm not using it for Verizon service, the phone itself is an awesome phone
the buttons on the side are a bit hard to press other than that this rocks!

The keyboard seems a tiny bit glitchy and problematic but I might need to just adjust something.
