The 6mm Allen that is included is a typical shallow L shape, and you need to repeatedly remove and insert it to make each rotation when attaching the back to the base of the seat

I also like the 2 way adjustable lumbar support.
The adjustable lumbar piece is nice, but it doesn't adjust up high enough to reach my lower back, where I want the support.
