after 10-days using, I do agree that the design is smart and it's working fine, except you are drawing a long continues line.
The Uni is still a good pencil but just doesn't suit my needs but being a collector of pencils and pens I am still glad I bought it because it is a nice looking mechanical pencil, very well designed and extremely light

The feel of it in your hand is very natural and the writing is very clear and smooth as advertised.
The rotating lead feature works as advertised, but it doesn't end up making any difference to the usefulness of the pencil, and the wiggle room which it requires to actuate the rotating mechanism makes the pencil feel loose and a bit sloppy.
