I placed the magnetic disc inside the case, and the phone holds well to the mount.

I have tried a few different brands but this one has the best hold, even if you put the metal disc inside the phone case

Strong hold on the phone, but with the ball design it's easy to adjust the position of your phone.

I read the negative reviews and can't agree with any of them... this is a great magnet I tried 2 other ones and this one by far is nicer, better quality, and it's as strong as advertised.

Awkward design

Great design but the magnet is not strong enough to use with and otter box defender case

I like the design and holds up great for what it’s intended for

so needed something that I could mount vertically (did not want a vent-mounted holder, they can break your vents and heat up the phone)

This is a good phone holder don't buy those cheap holders like I did at first spend a little extra on this one it works GREAT

I like very much the company included two sticky things for the bottom for situations like mine, and I am very, very happy with the purchase.

The good thing about this is the piece itself is very sticky and stays on your car

but the only bad thing is the back part of it needs to be more sticky

Applied to a mercedes soft plastic might be better on hard plastics

so I just stuck the metal plate between my phone (Google Pixel XL) and the case, just below the fingerprint reader, and it had a powerful enough "stick" to the magnet that it didn't come flying off as I was making tight turns or bouncing up and down on rough roads

I've used suction mounts, vent clip mounts, and cup holder mounts, and they all work

I used to have a vent clip but hated that it blocked airflow from the vent

I’ve never cared for the suction cup or vent clip variety as they are too unsteady and unreliable

With my vent clip, I had to fumble around with the securing mechanism which wasn’t really difficult, but this is way more convenient

, I just bought their magnetic vent clip, which I wish I had done in the first place.

I didn't follow the rules and let it sit for 24 hours, so I had a bad experience at first
