All it takes to put this in service is to swap out the SIM chip and set up the wifi, preferably with the same name and password, so any switchover will be completely transparent to all parties.

so i could use the parks bandwidth, however that doesn't work while your driving or boondocking and the hotspot on your phone is a joke.
