The clip makes it difficult to release and still have a secure grip on phone.

If you do manage to apply enough pressure to flex the plastic latch enough to release, you probably will then not have a good grip on the phone, which will then drop and the nice case will protect it from the falling damage.

I have purchased 2 of these and all have the same problem, the plastic is brittle, even though I live in Florida, so is not cold weather the factor, just a poor quality plastic

I've had clips last years - this one has a snap attachment from the clip to the holster housing that is made of fragile plastic.

Also it is very hard to place the phone in the case because the plastic is very hard

but it's not cheap just plastic for weight savings.

This is no way Military grade, if they used good quality plastic it would be a good product, they would not have to cover defectives and they could provide real warranty replacing defectives with free shipping

So when I ordered this product one of the reasons was for the tempered glass screen protector it says it comes within the description, but I have just got my package and everything is was there except for my tempered glass screen

The case is great i don't use the tampered glass screen cover.

The box said that it included a tempered glass screen protector, but it didn't
