Bluedio has some of the best customer support I've seen, and I would really recommend their products now if you are thinking of buying from them

It is with USB Type-C charging port - still only take regular TYPE A on the other end to charge; so the USB-C to USB-C type of charger does not work for me

I have given these items one more star due to Bluedio's great customer service

Update: I originally gave these headphones a three star review, and I maintain that they aren't comfortable for me (that could just be my large ears) and that the AUX to USB-C cable isn't a perfect solution, but Bluedio has perfect customer service if you just reach out to them

After 2 hours of listening today, I am very pleased with the decision I made as these headphones are a great product

When you turn on Noise Cancelling however this product shows its weakness

After many trials (and errors!), I think I have finally found a pair of Bluetooth headphones that work for me

I do not think I will ever be able to find a pair of good bluetooth over the ear headphones without spending more than $100.

Bluetooth works well -- I can walk all around the house, both upstairs and downstairs, and the headphones remain paired with good sound

I love the look of these headphones and I can definitely say they're quality built

The cheesy, tacky "FAITH" letters on the top of the headband cheapen the whole look

They also possess very good battery life, are quite comfortable (although just SLIGHTLY heavy), and while this may be a very subjective matter, I happen to love the look of these headphones

Bluedio finally fixes the issue with their lower-end models where the sound falls out of sync; I've been watching YouTube videos and Neflix on them with no noticeable lag

I love listening to hip-hop and R&B and with my Bluedio

I already own t4 with ANC, and when Bluedio introduced Faith I wanted to give it a try

I don’t like the BLUEDIO on the ear pieces either but for $60 you really can’t go wrong

The audio was great, good (not great) bass, descent mids and very clear highs.

Hey, I have never thought these would have such good bass

Overall, they sound quite good, but with slightly muddied bass

The bass it’s not over exaggerated but enough to vibrate your eardrums

It depletes the bass, and makes songs sound quite a bit more tinny

It comes in a really nice box, has a instruction manual inside the pocket in the box, the headphones come in a very nice carrying case, also comes with charging cables that also come in a zipped up little pouch

They also come with a nice semi-rigid zippered case to protect the headphones when traveling or not in use

They come in a very nice carrying case with all cables for plugging them to a device and for charging

I also really like the carrying case that the headphones come with, it is hard case and give plenty of room and are shape fitted so that the headphones will not be knocked around when they are being moved

The headphones look amazing, they're comfortable, they come with a nice case & quality cables

The new pair works great now and there is no buzz while on Bluetooth

I bought another pair of Bluedio headphones with the same cord for my son and his cord died after a week of use

I had initially received a faulty pair that only lasted for a few uses.

and I have to say that I've never had a better pair of wireless headphones

My original pair froze but received another and am very pleased with the awesome sound quality

The Active Noise Cancelling does work, but as noted in other reviews, there is a noticeable change in the sound; not necessarily worse, but it loses some of its depth.

The Faith series uses USB-C, arguably a vast improvement over the Micro USB used in the A1 and similar headphones

They actually work with canceling out the unwanted noise

However, in louder environments, say a loud AC-Unit and a blasting television set, I found the noise cancelling quite useful and it worked well

Now, the less good:The ANC just doesn't work, at least on the pair I was sent.

The ANC is also good, I just used them in a 2 hours flight in a regional jet and cut the noise significantly, not like a Bose but very well for this price range

The ANC is not ground breaking; in a noisy environment this will not get the job done

I would say ANC is a nice feature for noisy environments

To be clear even with an EQ is use I would not recommend using ANC in always on mode or in quiet listening environments (i.e. inside the home with normal background noise or library) as the passive sound isolation provided by the seal and padding of the ear cups are good enough in those cases

The only negative I have with how these headphones fit is that sometimes they slide back on forth on top of my head, so a lot of movement is not recommended when using them
