This monitor is a respectable size, light, and a good price.

Brightness & contrast are strong, colors are clear, robust and consistent

If your primary use is photo / video editing, IPS is the way to go (based on my recent research) for richer, consistent colors.

I tried changing settings in Windows including "smooth on screen fonts" and various font sizes, as well as various color settings, but nothing made the text look clear.

I'm very happy with this monitor- bright enough, good color and sharp image, colors are good.

I do like the thin bezel because it means no wasted space on the monitor

The monitor has a sleek design- a very thin bezel, buttons on the bottom of the screen so they aren't visible from the front and a slick back with the Dell logo across it

Setup is easy, but there are not a lot of options.

It was a very easy setup and works as expected with my Dell Laptop as a second monitor

All in all, it's a beautiful monitor, it was a painless setup, and I highly recommend it

Product had smudges on the edges of the screen that won’t come off.

I have no dead / stuck pixels, the box was a bit banged up but because of the spacing around the monitor, and the "crunch zone" packaging on the edges of the box where it was banged, it arrived unscathed

good monitor initially, then the dead pixels started showing within weeks of use

I was a bit worried when placing my order since I've read other reviews about dead pixels, and whatnot (not specific to Dell; more so about ordering monitors online via Amazon).Thankfully, when it arrived, the monitor was in one piece, with no issues whatsoever
