It was a little awkward installing it, but not difficult
If you're splurging on a nice TV, this makes the install look super elegant -- definitely worth the $30 or so.

Nice bulbs, better dimming range than a similar bulb purchased last year.
but like this bulb, and think of Murdoch Mysteries every time I look at it
I would recommend this bulb for clear fixtures that the bulb is seen, as this looks very similar to the old style clear incandescent bulbs.
I am accustomed to regular filament bulbs and the vintage look of them, and did not believe that an LED light bulb could look good like an old Edison style filament bulb until I got these.
These folks have produced a fabulous 7 watt LED bulb with all of the old flavor of the earliest incandescent filament bulbs, as you can clearly see in the video

SHowever, when I set up the LED strip up, one of the four strips is not working (see picture)
I bought the LED strip for my 55", it easily covered all 4 edges of my TV
I thought it blew out the strip, which would have been awful because I already attached using the 3M
These led bias light strips are perfect for uplifting any tv viewing experience
Have upgraded my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars for now.04/23/18 - I received a replacement for the defective LED bias light strip yesterday from the seller.

Better quality LED's, 3M adhesive backing strip for strong hold, ability to dim the lighting effect, and the "white" lighting is perfect on the Kelvin scale
The effect is great, turns on and off with the TV (when the TV is turned off the lights fade out gradually, not instantly).
When I try to toggle through the remote selections, nothing happens, so I am not enjoying the effects of the lights because they're not working
The backlighting effect is fantastic, and these units are fairly bright
Even in daylight (see attached picture) the bias lighting effect is amazing

Normally, after a bit of time the eye strain in a dark room while watching tv hurt my eyes.
Although the remote can be a bit tricky I love the lights.
A bit more expensive than other options on Amazon, but so far I am very satisfied with build quality, instructions, and description relative to my situation.
