We've set a side Sundays as game day, and the first one he wants to play is the "complete saga."What's great for my son is that it isn't super challenging
So, why do I knock off a star?Simple:
He was able to play it immediately, but had enough challenges to keep his attention and will be a game that will be played
This game is very well designed, challenging and humorous
Then within each of those 6, there are 3 types of game play...story, free play, and challenge.
First let me start by saying my package came on time and in great condition
Purchased used, when I got in mail was wraped very well, was in good playing condition, and sure it will get played a lot more, grand kids love this game!
This game arrived as promised in excellent used condition
Game is a lot of fun, shipping was quick and efficient and the game was in great condition
If you're a Star Wars fanatic and always wanted to know what it would feel like to be able to use the FORCE and slice up your enemies with a Light Sabor....this is a MUST HAVE!!!
Awesome game with authentic Star Wars sound and animation!!
So, why do I knock off a star?Simple:
He loves all things Star Wars, and asks to play this game 24/7.
Even if you don't love Star Wars, it is still really fun.
The controls are frustrating, The graphics are horrible, and the way you look at the character your playing is very inconvenient, and you cant change it
You get to work your way through the story line that is fun.
It's a great way to bond and even fun after the kids are in bed.
Really fun and a good way to decompress after a long week!
All in all, this is a great way to introduce your kids to Star Wars and it is an extremely engaging game which requires kids to problem-solve and cooperate.
The standard levels comprise of solving puzzles and destroying enemies to move on.
it feels amazing to use the force and pick up huge objects and wing them at your enemies or literally pick up your enemies until they explode under your grip.
You walk around and blow stuff apart and kill the enemy
They give you studs when you defeat enemies, they let you "use the force" faster, and they let you build lego objects faster.
This is very nice game and for kids you can consider it "politicaly right" since you don't need to "kill" the enemy, but "break" them
The cut scenes generally have sight gags, the violence is all bloodless, and the characters are often funny (My daughters laughed for five minutes while watching stormtroopers rub their behinds after R2-D2 shocked them.).Two small complaints
Though I don't like any violence in games they do really enjoy it.
Any violence is cartoonish and not offensive for an older child.
It's also not bad for the younger crowd, as the violence isn't really graphic.
Also, I really love that the violence is all Lego characters falling apart
What might bug people of the games is that aside from the combination of both trilogies, nothing really substantial has been added
The graphics are very good, but not being a gamer myself, I found this game difficult (learning the whole Wii thing along the way), but I'm sure that people who are more serious about their gaming would find it easier than I did
Some people was disappointed with the motion controls, but it is still a good game.
The biggest problem people had was the characters don't swing the way you swing.
AWESOME LEVELSBOUNTY HUNTER MISSION ZONE is really coolCONS:Your buddy can`t kill people
His cousin comes over and they have a great time being the bad guys.
As you play new levels you will unlock new characters to play (you can play as any of the enemies you have defeated or as any of the good guys from levels you have previously beaten).
There are puzzles to figure out, and I can work on that stuff while he fights off the bad guys.
So while I'm running around trying to solve puzzles and eliminate the bad guys, she's swinging her light-saber at me.
This game is fabulous, I had been playing the orginal Gamecube versions until we got the updated Wii game I love the gamecube games but this version is even more fun you use the remote as a lightsaber swinging it about to fight the bad guys
but the problem is it's a bit too hard for them at this point
Good over-all game, a bit too slow for my taste!
*will* get you killed quite a bit -- but the only penalty for dying is a few points and you don't actually need points to
My 9 yr old son really likes this game, but mom thinks it's still a bit too violent.
every time you play a lego wii game for a long time it freezes and is probably why my old wii console died i lost every little bit of data because if you put the disk in another wii console (or wii u) you lose ALL your data because it froze so much or maybe it was i had it for four
Maybe it was just me but spending most of the level running around in circles trying to collect the stupid coins that drop from every object you touch simply wasnt an injoyable time
It will subtract coins, but lets him keep playing and feeling like he is succeeding.
Since you don't actually lose when your character dies (you simply loose studs - lego 'coins' - used to purchase characters, ships and game changing extras.
This is because you get coins when you break stuff, then you go and buy or unlock new characters.

It is not very violent (meaning blood and gore) and even has some funny parts
There is cartoon violence...when you kill the bad guys, there aren't any blood or guts, just Lego hats and Lego appendages, coins (studs), and big red Valentine hearts.
When you battle people they break apart...no blood, so I felt it was acceptable
